Key Reset Wellness Studio is a wellness space focused on supporting nervous system regulation, recovery and resilience. Our approach recognizes the connection between the brain, body, emotions and nervous system and is designed to complement therapeutic care and overall wellness.
Our goal is simple: to help create the conditions for your nervous system to rebalance, your stress response to regulate, and your brain and body to better adapt to life's demands.
-
The NeuroReset System is a multi-sensory wellness experience designed to support nervous system regulation and the brain's natural ability to adapt.
It brings together several forms of sensory input—including sound, light, gentle movement and electromagnetic technologies—within one integrated experience.
-
Depending on your individualized needs, the NeuroReset System may incorporate:
Acoustic sound and binaural audio
Synchronized light frequencies
Gentle vestibular movement
Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES)
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology
These modalities can be combined to create an integrated, multi-sensory experience.
-
The experience is designed to be comfortable and calming. You'll settle into the NeuroReset System while different sensory modalities work together.
Because everyone responds differently, there isn't one "right" way to feel. Some people may experience a sense of deep relaxation or quiet, while others may simply notice that they feel different, calmer or more settled following their session.
-
No. NeuroReset is not talk therapy, and you do not need to discuss difficult experiences while using the system.
This can make it particularly appealing for people who are interested in supporting regulation through a more body- and sensory-based experience.
-
No. We view NeuroReset as a complement to intervention, not a replacement for counselling, psychology, occupational therapy, medical care or other appropriate professional services.
In fact, one of the ideas behind Key Reset is that when the nervous system is better able to access a regulated state, a person may be better positioned to engage in clinical work and integrate new skills into everyday life.
-
Not necessarily. People may come to Key Reset for different reasons—some as part of their broader therapeutic journey and others simply looking to support stress regulation, recovery, resilience or overall wellness.
We will help determine what services are most appropriate to support your goals.
-
The NeuroReset System may be of interest to people who feel as though their system has difficulty fully "switching off" or recovering from ongoing demands.
That might look like feeling constantly "on," overwhelmed, reactive, disconnected or simply having difficulty accessing genuine rest and recovery. Our approach focuses on supporting greater regulation, resilience, presence and capacity for everyday life.
-
There is no one-size-fits-all recommendation. Every person's nervous system, experiences and goals are different. Following your intake, we can discuss an approach best suited for your individual needs.
-
NeuroReset can be adapted to support individuals across the lifespan, from the prenatal period through childhood and into adulthood. Each experience is individualized based on the person's age, needs and ability to participate.
For younger children, this may include experiencing NeuroReset together with a parent or caregiver, such as being held or lying comfortably on the adult's chest during the session.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Our team will work with each individual and family to determine the most comfortable and appropriate way to participate.

Coverage may be available through your extended health benefits plan or through a Wellness, Lifestyle, or Flexible Spending Account, depending on your individual plan. Some services may be eligible for reimbursement when provided by a regulated health professional; however, coverage varies between insurance providers and individual plans.
