Brandie Andrews, MSW, RCSW

Brandie Andrews is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families through trauma and complex life challenges. Her clinical work has led to a deep passion for understanding the nervous system and its role in stress, regulation, and healing.

Brandie is passionate about meeting people where they are and walking alongside them through difficult seasons. Her work with Key Reset reflects her commitment to compassionate, innovative approaches that support greater regulation, resilience, and well-being.

Sonja Miller, MA, R.SLP, CCC-SLP

Sonja Miller is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience supporting children, youth, and adults. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with families, educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop practical supports shaped by each person’s strengths and needs. Through this work, she has seen how supporting regulation can help people feel more ready to communicate, connect, and participate in daily life.

Sonja is committed to bringing a new approach to wellness to Lethbridge. She believes the NeuroReset System has the potential to make a meaningful difference for people in our community. She supports the studio’s development and operations, drawing on her experience building services. She is invested in making Key Reset a welcoming place where people can explore new ways to support their well-being.

Beth Puszkar, MSW, RSW

Beth Puszkar is a Registered Social Worker who supports teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With a background in both social work and nursing, Beth brings a compassionate, whole-person perspective to her work, informed by neuroscience and an understanding of the nervous system. She recognizes the interconnected relationship between emotional well-being, the mind, and the body, and uses this understanding to help people feel more grounded, supported, and connected to a greater sense of balance and wellness.

At Key Reset Wellness Studio, Beth brings her clinical experience to the development and coordination of innovative approaches that explore the connection between emerging technologies and nervous system regulation. She contributes to the research and development of programs designed to support balance, regulation, and overall well-being, while helping coordinate the services and experiences that bring these innovative approaches to life.
